Banana Split Cake
A Kraft Food Recipe
Light and refreshing and sooo good!
9 cups finely crushed graham crackers
1 cup sugar, divided
1/3 cup butter melted
2, 8oz pkgs. of cream cheese
1, 20oz can crushed pineapple, drained
6 bananas divided
2 cups cold milk
2 pkgs. Instant vanilla pudding
2 cups thawed cool whip
1 cup planters peacans, chopped, optional
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan (greased). Freeze 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and remaning 3/4 cup sugar with mixer until well blended. Spread carefully over crust, top with pineapplie. slice 4 bananas, arranage over pineapple.
Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup whipped topping, spread over banana layer. Top with remaning 1 cup whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
Slice remaining bananas just before serving, sprinkle with pecans.
