Chocolate Marshmallow Logs

I really liked these! This is a Kraft Recipe.



Prep Time: 20 min Total Time: 2 hr 20 min Makes: 16 servings, 1 slice each

6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/3 cup butter or margarine
3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans (I used crushed pretzels instead and that was awesome!)
1/4 cup powdered sugar

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool slightly.

TOSS marshmallows and pecans in large bowl. Add chocolate mixture; toss lightly to coat. Divide mixture in half. Shape each half into 8-inch log on sheet of wax paper sprinkled with 2 Tbsp. of the powdered sugar. Sprinkle remaining 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar evenly over both logs.

REFRIGERATE at least 2 hours or until chilled. Cut each log into 8 slices to serve.
