Blueberry Cream Pie

This recipe was given to my mom by an elderly woman at a County Grange get together. I wish I knew her name. Personally I really like this pie. Brendon does not. I brought it to a pot luck and got lots of compliments on it. But I can't promise that everyone will like it.

Blueberry Cream Pie

1 baked pie crust
1 Stick butter
4 1/2 Tbsp of flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups blueberries

Over low heat, melt butter in sauce pan. Once melted add flour, sugar and water. Cook for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and blueberries. Poor into baked pie shell. And refrigerate.
