Mom's Meatloaf

It doesn't get any simpler than this. When I think about the meals my mom had growing up, this is one of the top ones that come to mind. I am sure most people don't need a recipe for meatloaf, but I did. I really meant it when I said that I can't cook. I guess can't is the wrong word. I don't know how to. But I want to learn. Someday - in my spare time.

I was grossed out the first time I made this. Who knew you had to use your hands to make this? I found it to be much easier than my wooden spoon. But....ew!

Mom’s Meat Loaf

1 lb. ground beef
Dried Onions
1 egg
Bread Crumbs - 2 slices
Mushrooms, drained
Salt & Pepper
Ketchup to shape

Bread Pan - 350 degrees, 45 - 60 min.
